Avignonesi is a Tuscan estate based at Le Capezzine, between Montepulciano and Cortona. Sangiovese leads its wines: Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Rosso di Montepulciano and Vin Santo. The regional wine road says the house helped lift the quality of Vino Nobile from the mid-1970s. Beyond Sangiovese it makes Desiderio, a Merlot, and the Grifi and Da-Di wines. The estate farms organically and welcomes visitors for tastings, tours and cooking classes at Le Capezzine.

Avignonesi sits between Montepulciano and Cortona in Tuscany. Its base is Le Capezzine, the estate's cellar and visitor centre in the Valiano di Montepulciano area. The regional wine road lists the company there. It credits the house with helping raise the quality of Vino Nobile from the mid-1970s.
Sangiovese leads the cellar. The core wines are Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, Rosso di Montepulciano, single-vineyard Nobile bottlings and Vin Santo. The house also steps outside the Nobile family. Desiderio is its Merlot. 50&50 is a joint project with Capannelle, and the Grifi and Da-Di wines widen the range further.
The official site puts organic and biodynamic farming at the centre of the estate, along with long-term care of the land. Avignonesi has also held Italian Società Benefit status since 2021.
Visits happen at Le Capezzine. The estate runs tastings, tours, cooking classes and a grand lunch experience. Booking is online through the official site.
