  It is the wine co-operative of the city of Trento, founded on 17 October 1956 by eleven growers. About 480 member growers now farm some 750 hectares in the hills around the city, and the cellar turns out roughly six million bottles a year.
• What sparkling wines does the co-op make? add remove
  Traditional-method Trento DOC, sold under the Trentodoc badge. The 601 range covers a Brut, a Rosé and a Dosaggio Zero from Chardonnay picked between 350 and 600 metres, and the single-hillside Zell line rests up to three years on its lees. There is also a vintage-dated Millesimato.

  Concilio is a historic winery founded in 1860 by the Grigolli family at Mori, which sold the co-op's wines for years. The co-op absorbed it in August 2018, and its brands continue inside the range, so some shops still list the wines under Concilio.

  Yes, at two sites. The wine shop at the Trento cellar is open Monday to Friday 8:15 to 12 and 15:00 to 18:30, and Saturday 8:15 to 12 and 16 to 18:30, with no booking needed. Guided visits run by reservation only at the group's Volano site, with staff speaking English, German and French.

  On the hills around the city of Trento, with some plots at 650 metres and higher. The 601 Chardonnay comes from sites between 350 and 600 metres, and the Zell line from a single hillside at about 500 metres.
