  Four. Chiaranotte is the one white, a pure Vermentino under Montecucco DOC. Le Maciole is the Montecucco Rosso, 80% Sangiovese with 10% each of Petit Verdot and Syrah. Solaura is a pure Sangiovese under Maremma Toscana DOC, and Sofialvento is a brut rose sparkler made from Sangiovese by the tank method.
