Bright acidity keeps fish tasting clean and fresh.
Try with: Grilled prawns, fish risotto
Aperitifs and starters
Its exotic fruit echoes sweet fruit in a starter.
Try with: Prosciutto and melon, mixed antipasti
White meat and pasta

Try with: Roast chicken, tortelli with ricotta and spinach
Pour it straight from the bottle.
Aim for the cooler end on a warm day; warmer end opens up more aromatics.
